GREGORY D. METZLER
Mr. Metzler is founder and President of Group Performance Associates, LLC, a successful international consulting practice specializing in helping organizations to more effectively implement and execute their strategy. GPa primarily focuses on the aligning corporate performance with values and vision helping organizations to achieve their vision while simultaneously creating greater value for ever increasing groups of stakeholders. Group Performance Associates also created and operates TEAM 12 USA™; a process which provides advanced team and individual leadership training for executives on classic, America's Cup 12-meter class yachts.
Mr. Metzler is also one of the founders and Executive Director of Oasis Biblical Counseling Center, which is a non-profit, ministry dedicated to providing psychological, emotional and spiritual guidance and support to members of our community in their time of need.
Prior to creating Group Performance Associates, Mr. Metzler served as CEO of Values Technology, Ltd., a company that provides web enhanced solutions leveraging human capital by linking values with the vision and goals of organizations and individuals. He has also served as Executive Vice President of Barnum Associates International, Inc. which conducts the top-level management program Experience Compression Laboratory®.
Prior to beginning his full-time consulting career in 1990, Mr. Metzler spent 18 years in industry where he has held numerous line and staff positions in logistics, procurement, sales, marketing and general management at the executive level.
Mr. Metzler received a M.Sc. in Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University and a B.Sc. in Logistics from St. John's University (New York). In 1975 Greg was admitted to practice administrative law before the U.S. Interstate Commerce Commission, Federal Maritime Commission and Civil Aeronautics Board.
Greg lives in New Jersey (USA) with his wife Kathy. He has two grown children; a son, Christopher and a daughter, Cortney. His interests include golf, sailing and skiing.
