Jay A. Quine

Dr. Quine is the President of the College of Biblical Studies in Houston Texas and Director for Group Performance Associates, LLC (GPa), a successful international consulting practice specializing in helping organizations to more effectively implement and execute their strategy. Jay brings his leadership experience in both the secular and non-secular world to GPa - providing focus on ethical responsibility and the global impact of organizations.
Prior to becoming Director for Group Performance Associates, Jay was a full professor at Dallas Theological Seminary. Jay has also served as a teaching pastor for the Bible Fellowship Evangelical Free Church in Yardley, PA. From 1996 to 2003, Jay held the position of Senior Pastor at Calvary Bible Church in Readington NJ with two full-time associate pastors and three administrative assistants.

His legal experience includes working as deputy prosecuting attorney and municipal court judge in Washington State. Jay has also been in private legal practice focusing on business and corporate law and continues to provide consulting for religious and non-profit organizations concerning legal issues.

Jay received his Masters in 1990 and Ph.D. in 1997 from the Dallas Theological Seminary; J. D. from the University of Idaho College of law in 1983 and his B. S. from Washington State University in 1980.
