Once the core values are defined, the alignment follows. We begin a process of working with your organization to bring about a common understanding of its vision and values. One of our most effective tools is the Values Survey. This tool is used to engage in a dialogue about the meaning around the values- giving us a kind of multi-dimensional sketch of the individual and the company, helping us direct both towards better focus on the corporate vision. Following the Values Survey, we offer a variety of coaching programs to fit your needs.
