Leadership and values
The difference between management and leadership? The functions are similar but the desired outcomes are quite different. The desired outcome of management is predictability and order; the desired outcome of leadership is change. As a leader, is it reasonable to expect that we are going to have significant impact on change in our organization, our industry or in the world and that we ourselves are not going to have to change? If this is so, what is the change that we must personally make?
In order for someone to fulfill the calling of leadership they must first be capable of effecting change within themselves. In order to accomplish this they must have a fundamental perspective that they are capable of influencing change.

Our processes and methods assist leaders to identify the changes that they want and need to make to enable realization of their vision—organizational and personal.
